Det har trolig aldri blitt kjørt flere biler i Oslo enn i fjor, ifølge ferske tall fra Fjellinjen. Veksten er betydelig større enn i kollektivtrafikken.

Til sammen passerte nesten 397 millioner kjøretøy Fjellinjens 83 bomstasjoner i fjor, skriver bomselskapet i en pressemelding. Dette er en økning på 2 prosent fra året før.

Ruter har foreløpig ikke tall klare for hele fjoråret, men i de elleve første månedene tok 0,3 prosent flere buss og båt, trikk og T-bane enn samme periode året før.

Bare i desember var det 31,95 millioner passeringer, en oppgang på 1,9 prosent mot desember 2024.

Deler av økningen i biltrafikken kan forklares med omfattende byggearbeid på T-banen, men også at det var få snødager i 2025, skriver trafikkanalytiker Stian Strøm Arnesen i Fjellinjen.

– Dager med mye snø gjør at flere lar bilen stå. Når vi har færre slike dager enn tidligere år, påvirker det statistikken for året, forklarer Arnesen.

Selv om det er flere biler, slippes det ut mindre eksos. I november registrerte bomselskapet for første gang over 50 prosent elbiler i bomstasjonene, og de sto for 48,3 prosent av trafikken gjennom året. Det går motsatt vei for fossilbilene, som sto for 43,8 prosent av trafikken. Dette er en nedgang på 4,6 prosentpoeng fra i fjor.

Dette er en økning på 2 prosent fra året før.</p><p class="paywall hyperion-css-1j42uic"><a aria-label="NRK" class="default hyperion-css-1raymq9" data-test-tag="external-link" href="https://www.nrk.no/stor-oslo/biltrafikken-oker-mer-enn-kollektivtrafikken-i-oslo-omradet-1.17720849" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">NRK</a> omtalte saken først.</p><div class="advertory-aftenposten-netboard-wrapper__article "><div class="advertory-aftenposten-netboard__article" id="netboard_1"></div></div><p class="paywall hyperion-css-1j42uic">Ruter har foreløpig ikke tall klare for hele fjoråret, men i de elleve første månedene tok 0,3 prosent flere buss og båt, trikk og T-bane enn samme periode året før.</p><p class="paywall hyperion-css-1j42uic">Bare i desember var det 31,95 millioner passeringer, en oppgang på 1,9 prosent mot desember 2024.</p><p class="paywall hyperion-css-1j42uic">Deler av økningen i biltrafikken kan forklares med omfattende byggearbeid på T-banen, men også at det var få snødager i 2025, skriver trafikkanalytiker Stian Strøm Arnesen i Fjellinjen.</p><p class="paywall hyperion-css-1j42uic">– Dager med mye snø gjør at flere lar bilen stå. Når vi har færre slike dager enn tidligere år, påvirker det statistikken for året, forklarer Arnesen.</p><p class="paywall hyperion-css-1j42uic">Selv om det er flere biler, slippes det ut mindre eksos. I november registrerte bomselskapet for første gang over 50 prosent elbiler i bomstasjonene, og de sto for 48,3 prosent av trafikken gjennom året. Det går motsatt vei for fossilbilene, som sto for 43,8 prosent av trafikken.
