   "content" : "Den 19. november gjennomførte Securitas en kontroll ved Rema 1000 på Grenstøl, på vegne av bevillingsmyndigheten Tvedestrand kommune. Under kontrollen ble det avdekket et avvik knyttet til plassering av drikkevarer i butikkens hyllesystem.\n\nIfølge alkoholforskriftens § 3–3 er det ikke tillatt å plassere alkoholholdig drikke på en måte som gjør at den kan forveksles med alkoholfri eller alkoholsvak drikke.\n\n**I dette tilfellet hadde Rema 1000 imidlertid gjort det motsatte, ved å plassere alkoholfri drikke sammen med alkoholholdige varer. Feilplasseringen kunne altså medført en kjedelig overraskelse for en framtidig kunde.**\n\nFikk alko\\-smekk for dette: – Bare å legge seg flat\n\n## Mulig brudd på forskrift\n\nI kontrollrapporten beskriver kontrolløren at butikken hadde plassert enkelte flasker med Sagene Kjørepils i hyllen som ellers inneholdt alkoholholdig juleøl fra Arendal Bryggeri. Prisen som sto under kjørepilsen tilhørte dessuten en alkoholholdig drikk fra samme bryggeri.\n\nKontrolløren vurderte dette som et mulig brudd på alkoholforskriften, og forholdet ble dokumentert med bilder.\n\nDet mest nærliggende utfallet av feilen kunne vært at en framtidig kunde endte opp med en betydelig svakere pils enn forventet. Likevel ble forholdet vurdert som et regelbrudd, og butikken ble tildelt én prikk.\n\nFikk varsel etter alko\\-kontroll: – Men her er alt på stell\n\n## Kunne blitt fjernet\n\nTilbake i 2019 fikk en Spar\\-butikk i Kragerø tildelt en prikk på samme grunnlag. Da innehaver Sigmund Kivle klaget på kontrollørens tolkning av alkoholforskriften, fikk han medhold fra rådmannen, noe som førte til at prikken ble fjernet fra protokollen.\n\nKjøpmann Mathis Nilsen ved Rema 1000 Grenstøl har imidlertid valgt å ikke bestride avgjørelsen.\n\n– Vi legger oss flate, og feilen er utbedret, er hans kommentar til Tvedestrandsposten.\n\nPrikken får ingen praktisk betydning for butikken.\n\nDet er først når en butikk har fått 12 prikker i løpet av en toårsperiode at salgsbevillingen vil inndras – og da kun for én uke.",

Under kontrollen ble det avdekket et avvik knyttet til plassering av drikkevarer i butikkens hyllesystem.</p><amedia-placeholder index=\"1\" wordcount=\"33\" /><p>Ifølge alkoholforskriftens § 3–3 er det ikke tillatt å plassere alkoholholdig drikke på en måte som gjør at den kan forveksles med alkoholfri eller alkoholsvak drikke.</p><amedia-placeholder index=\"2\" wordcount=\"59\" /><p><b>I dette tilfellet hadde Rema 1000 imidlertid gjort det motsatte, ved å plassere alkoholfri drikke sammen med alkoholholdige varer. Prisen som sto under kjørepilsen tilhørte dessuten en alkoholholdig drikk fra samme bryggeri.</p><amedia-placeholder index=\"3\" wordcount=\"125\" /><p>Kontrolløren vurderte dette som et mulig brudd på alkoholforskriften, og forholdet ble dokumentert med bilder.</p><amedia-placeholder index=\"4\" wordcount=\"140\" /><p>Det mest nærliggende utfallet av feilen kunne vært at en framtidig kunde endte opp med en betydelig svakere pils enn forventet.
